Substantive research is needed to accelerate understanding of invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC), including metastatic ILC. This distinct breast cancer subtype represents about 15% of all breast cancers. The Helpline is staffed by experienced oncology social workers with specific knowledge of TNBC. In addition to counseling, TNBC Helpline staff can direct callers to other useful resources such as financial assistance grants and educational workshops.
Unite for HER Wellness Program
The Unite for HER Wellness Program provides metastatic breast cancer patients with a passport valid for $2,000 of integrative therapies and services, renewed every six months for life. All services are funded and delivered by Unite for HER and include nutritional counseling, home meal deliveries, professional counseling, Reiki, yoga, and more.
