The mission of LYTE (Living Your Truth Empowered) Foundation is to meet the needs of a growing and diverse breast cancer community by providing community-based and locally- and culturally-tailored charters run by breast cancer advocates and community members who are certified as health coaches and wellness navigators. Our mission is accomplished through:

− Innovative research and development
− Premier education and training in community health and wellness coaching
− Individualized grant writing preparation and support for charter sustainability
− Strategic academic, medical and industry partnerships
− Continuous outreach to breast cancer advocacy organizations
− Continued support and endorsement of scientific research and wellness programming aligned with improving the health and wellness of breast cancer survivors who have completed treatment and those living with metastatic breast

No-cost, individualized health coaching and wellness navigation tailored for those living with metastatic breast cancer delivered by trained health and wellness coaching who are also breast cancer advocates or members of the breast cancer community.

Research

Metastatic Breast Cancer Collateral Damage (MBCCD) Project

The Metastatic Breast Cancer Collateral Damage (MBCCD) aims to characterize the unique experience of those living with metastatic breast cancer (MBC), and to identify and address potential areas of need. Phase 2 of the MBCCD will focus on developing initial recommendation, increasing diversity, and engaging multiple communities.
