GRANT OPPORTUNITY: NCCN and Pfizer, Inc. Metastatic Breast Cancer Program
LOI DUE BY 11:59 PM ET, WED, JUL 15, 2015 National Comprehensive Cancer Network® (NCCN®) is pleased to announce it is collaborating with Pfizer’s Independent Grants for Learning & Change (IGLC) team to offer a grant opportunity focused on improving care for patients with MBC, where treatment goals focus on improving quality and length of life as there is, to date, no known cure.
Organizations are encouraged to submit LOIs describing concepts and ideas for design and implementation of programs that close clinical practice gaps and improve the care of patients with MBC through increased competence and performance of health care providers and health care systems. The RFP outlines the process for submission of the LOI.
NCCN views this collaboration with Pfizer’s IGLC team as clear recognition of the advantages offered to industry and organizations treating cancer patients through the NCCN Oncology Research Program.
