Join us for The Space Between Living and Leaving, a two-hour virtual retreat designed for individuals living with metastatic breast cancer (MBC) and their co-survivor support network. The program will take place in two parts, allowing attendees to join for the full experience or whichever portion best fits their schedule.

Part I- Begins at 7PM ET 

We invite you to settle in for an evening of reflection and connection. Please wear comfortable clothing and join from a quiet space where you can relax and be present. Enter the session with your microphone off; having your camera on is encouraged but completely optional.

Part I will include meaningful discussions around legacy planning, insights from a death doula, and a gentle yoga wellness session designed to help you ground and restore.

Part II- Begins at 8:15 PM ET

Rejoin us for the second half of our evening together as we continue to learn, reflect, and restore. Please find a comfortable spot in a quiet space, and enter with your microphone off. Having your cameras on is encouraged but completely optional.

Part II will feature expert insights on shared decision-making—empowering you to navigate care choices with clarity and confidence—followed by a soothing sound healing session to help you unwind and close the evening in peace and connection.
